To strengthen the energy transmission and distribution infrastructure in Iraq, Kontrolmatik successfully delivered and dispatched three (3) sets of 132/33 kV, 45 MVA Mobile Substations on a turnkey basis.

Within the scope of the project, Kontrolmatik carried out the engineering and design of the mobile substations, procurement of high-voltage and medium-voltage equipment, protection, control and communication systems, SCADA-compatible automation infrastructure, factory acceptance tests (FAT), and manufacturing processes in compliance with international standards.

Designed with consideration for challenging site conditions and the need for rapid commissioning, the mobile substations offer advantages such as short commissioning time, high operational reliability, and flexible deployment. The systems were manufactured in line with high performance and safety criteria to meet the urgent energy requirements of the Iraqi power grid.

With this project, Kontrolmatik once again demonstrated its engineering and manufacturing capabilities in mobile substation solutions within the Iraqi market, proving its position as a reliable solution partner that adds value to regional energy infrastructure projects.
